Great location very poor host and management. On arrival we had to ring to find access details, no one onsite to help. When we finally opened the key box we entered the property to find the room we were allocated was occupied. After being abused by the occupant of our room and much frustration we tried the key in the room down the passage. The key opened the door so we unpacked our luggage before contacting the property manager to advise him of our problem. "They replied you have the key honey open the room." When I replied there were already people in Sky room they replied; "It is not possible the Sky room is yours." I sent pictures to prove what I was claiming to no avail. The Sky room had a private bathroom, the room we had no choice but to take has a shared bathroom.

Attitude of the host and having someone onsite to manage check in. I asked them to come and look at the situation as they were indicating I was telling lies.

Casa buia, odore di rinchiuso. Casa poco funzionale: water scomodo, senza bidet, al bagno mancano agganci per appendere asciugamani, presa di corrente presente solo da un lato del letto matrimoniale, frigorifero senza freezer.

Odlična lokacija, blizu vhoda v staro mesto, do obzidja, lepo urejena soba, udobna postelja, urejena skupinska kuhinja, velik prostor za druženje - za pripravo zajtrka, kosila... parkirišče na lokaciji

Zimmer groß und sauber, aber sehr finster. Bad sehr klein. Aber insgesamt alles gut.
