Aircondition worked.

I came at the designated time, but couldn’t get in. All closed. I tried the phone in booking.com which didn’t work. Then tried a phone number on the gate. No one answered. Then sent a message - no answer. Then called booking hotline - they worked on it for 22 minutes but couldn’t get through. FINALLY a lady showed up, and didn’t even apologize. Room was ok if you can live with a little mold - fridge not on, and it didn’t get cold in 12 hours I was there.
