"Pésima experiencia respecto a la reserva"

No pude conocer el alojamiento.

Cuando hice la reserva, Booking me solicitó la opción de marcar el horario de mi llegada, yo marqué entre las 21:00 y 22:00 horas porque mi tren llegaba a Verona a las 21:38 horas... Aceptaron mi reserva, se cobraron, y posteriormente al momento de coordinar mi llegada, el contacto del alojamiento me indicó que después de las 20:00 horas no recibían a nadie... No comprendí entonces porqué aceptaron si yo indiqué mi hora de llegada desde el inicio... Insistí por alguna alternativa de solución, porque soy turista, extranjera, viajé sola y estaba muy preocupada respecto a mi estancia esa noche. Y el contacto se cerró en su respuesta y en qué debía comunicarme con Booking... Cero empatía. Entonces intenté comunicarme con booking, por llamada, mandé un correo... No me ayudaron a resolverlo ese día, hasta el momento no me han devuelto el pago que hice.
