Banheiro grande E limpo, quarto arrumado. localização da para fazer tudo a pé

Check-in ao tocar a campanha e ninguém atende, não tem informações de procedimentos de checkin, tivemos que ligar no WhatsApp e ainda pediram documentos e nos de baixo de chuva, entendi que isso deveria ser solicitado com antecedência e se não tivéssemos internet poderia ficar na rua… também não gostei do tratamento ao falar no WhatsApp não tem uma resposta, um agradecimento, precisa ter mais empatia com os hóspedes.
