It was very close to the beach.

Could hear a little through the walls.

The location is great. The decoration is nice. Renovated and clean. Having the beach facilities included was nice. For a few nights for me, was completely fine (would not stay more than 2). With the window closed it was very quiet for sleeping which I appreciated. Doesn't have breakfast but included some coins for the dispenser machine and also has coffee and tea and some snack in the bedroom.

Luck of natural lightness, luck of natural ventilation. There was a window, but the glass was not transparent. The towels smelled like vinagre. Very humid space. Luck of windows on the common areas.

It’s located in a peaceful small town 2 stops away from Cinque Terre, stay here if you want to be away from the tourist crowd. The hotel owner is very warm, friendly, respectful and helpful, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here as a female solo traveler! The hotel room itself has everything you need! it’s very clean, modern, you can obviously see the design is well thought of (including a seat to sit in during shower)! I loved the espresso machine&capsules, tea selections and free snacks! Great to have these in the morning when I needed to work. Last but not the least, the hotel is only 2-3 mins walk away from the beach, you can get free bed and umbrella as the hotel guest. The beach has free wifi covered as well, so you can work on the beach if you need to!

True that my room is a bit cold, but I think it would be alright for a hot summer!

Spacious comfy and clean room with all required facilities. Super peaceful location, with close access to the beach, nice caffe /restaurants and train station (short distance to 5Terre spots). Host is super friendly and caring. This is a pleasant benefit to have microwave and coffee machine with complimentary menu of daily snacks, coffee capsules and tea provided in a room.

The room seems to be a bit smelly with mold and wet. I didnt manage to dry my swimming stuff properly.

Had small tables and a fridge in communal area for breakfast or small lunch which you could heat in your room in a microwave. I found this very handy. The room didn't have any view to outside so suitable only for relaxing and sleeping, but very comfy and modern. Great wifi, which was important for me. Definitely would/will go back.

The host was amazing, really friendly and let me check in earlier. Really nice facilities with good coffee and some free vending machine tokens too!

The Owner/manager is super organised and welcoming. You can clearly see the attention to details here: they provide a very good selection of complimentary snacks, tea and coffee. There is even a microwave and a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules in the room. TV sat with a printed list of channels as well, comfortable bed and a huge wardrobe. It's not easy to find such an organised structure.

Unfortunately there was a slightly smell of mold in my room.
