RORoom looked very nice, beatifully decorated and spacious. We had a fridge and glasses in the room. We received water and a delicious cookie. Bathroom was large and well equiped. Owner was very nice and gave us detailed explanations regarding how things worked and where to find what we need.
As close to perfection as possible. I think bed was only 140 cm but for us this was fine. Water in the bath tub went from very hot to cold and this can be an issue if you want to take a shower.
USThe hostess was lovely and helpful. Loved the comfortable bed and great bathroom. It was extra convenient to have a separate office to work in!
We should have stayed longer in Treviso - loved it!

GBDespite a lack of English, communication with the host prior to the visit was excellent. Egle found our bus times for the airport and details of how to find and access the apartment were good too. She also booked a fabulous local fish restaurent for us to eat as we had arrived late. It was very close to the bus stop for the no 6 bus which takes you to the airport. Everything was exceptionally clean.

The apartment was so disappointing that we decided to move to a different hotel. Why? - The apartment advertised on Booking.com is a scam. While there are many different rooms shown, you will only have access to one bedroom and bathroom. - You cannot lock your room with a key. - The owner also lives in the apartment with you, which should have been mentioned in the description. - Although there is a kitchen present, it is not available for use. - The owner said we could only pay with cash, but we found a terminal in the kitchen. Not nice, ma'am! - The check-in process lasted approximately 45-50 minutes, during which the proprietor provided a detailed explanation of everything. She elaborated on the use of the bathroom and the importance of not splashing water around. She also explained the existence of an air conditioner in the room and why it should not be used. There were many places to store luggage, but caution should be exercised as everything was fragile. To top it off, the explanations were given in Italian, with the assistance of Google Translate, which unfortunately produced poor translations. - The apartment is not welcoming at all, it looks like a museum, and everything is cluttered. You have very limited private space that can't be locked. - We spent 2.5 weeks in Italy and stayed at multiple apartments, but this one was the worst. - We informed Booking about the situation, but they said they couldn't help. Please note, you won't receive a refund. - You do not have to trust me, just read other bad reviews ;)
ITPLThe apartment is located in the city center, next to the post office. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the owner is very kind and hospitable. In the room tv, air conditioning, tea and welcome "Proseco". The owner pointed us to good restaurants and helped us order a taxi. It was great !
