Lovely family apartment with large terrace with breath taking view over the village and surrounding. The owners are a lovely couple very helpful and welcoming. We even got a local pastries as a welcome gift. Plus variety of food for breakfast. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back anytime.

All was meeting our expectations.

Every corner of the house is like a work of art, full of character and history. Staying here truly feels like stepping into another era. My daugther’s birthday was unforgettable and you will have an experience that combines comfort with timeless charm.

Kind and interesting guests were the best part. The room we selected was the largest and most convenient to get to...but didn't like the window from the bathroom to the hallway feeling like we were on display when the light is on. Bed mattress was oddly uncomfortable, we slept badly. I love old, original architecture but this house felt lifeless and mostly unpleasant to spend time in.

The worst part was improper communication that did not comply with the Booking statement, contact info, or the welcome email, which caused us to have a huge problem getting into the house, leaving my 89 yr old husband sitting on the door step for an hour while I tried to make contact, a temporary woman who did not make herself or the situation known to me. To make matters worse, she avoided asking for final payment waking me at 1030pm the night before we were to leave for cash to cover the tax and the extra night we couldn't book on Booking, because she had shut down all bookings. Owner never reached out to explain unexpected problems either before we arrived or after we were there, or to welcome us, even though she came to the property twice every day to prepare the table for breakfast. As everyone has stated, only commercial "cookies", toast and yogurt. Even then, the cookies were not refreshed, ever, after the best were taken and too little toast available. Cereal was stale. There was no black tea available. Fresh fruit was not nice, either unripe or mealy out-of-season apples. No one ate it. We bought our own tea, cereal and fruit. Better to not suggest that breakfast is included. No clean up of visitor's refrigerator...old disgusting food left behind.

This is the best hotel we've stayed at! Its a beautifully restored very old building, craftsmanship and the attention to detail are remarkable. We stayed in the studio with a private balcony, which had amazing views of the village, especially at sunset. Everything inside the apartment (which is huge btw) was high-end, kitchen appliances, bedding, pillows, furniture etc. It's pristinely clean and meticulously maintained! It's super quiet at night. We loved having coffee on the terrace and watching sunset at night, listening to church bells. This place really made our trip and contributed so much to our experience! Every time we think of Sardinia, we remember it first, and the very peaceful and happy time we spent there :) It is located in the heart of a very authentic villages, we were the only tourists there. We saw local festivities in the main square, ate amazing local food, it was a complete immersion. And its only 15 min drive to the sea. Parking is super easy, in a huge parking lot, only a couple minutes walk from the hotel. The hosts were incredible, so helpful and so kind. Its triple worth the money, there's no better stay in Sardinia!

breakfast was great, building was beautiful and located perfectly in the town. We used it s a base for cala gonone and surrounds and was perfect for this. contact with host via whatsapp was easy

tough to get to by car but not uncommon within europe.

Really lovely old and immaculately restored house in central Dorgali. Quiet and the perfect base for exploring the coast line and hiking in the mountains. Couple of good spots in walking distance to eat. Even though the owner was not there we were very well looked after and could contact for local tips whenever.

The house is very well maintained keeping its historical charm without compromising on modern comforts. There’s breakfast items available at any time in the morning, i.e. you’re not bound to specific breakfast hours. There’s a variation of sweet food and bread which you can top up with savoury items that you can buy yourself in the supermarket around the corner. The kitchen can be used for primitive cooking as there are a microwave oven and dishes available. The host and cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the place also for a longer stay!

The place is amazing. High quality in all areas - beds, furnitures, kitchen, accessories, decor. Attention to details im the way that you feel like im home. Addionally - very big tarrace with lovely view. Kitchen - fully equiped. Beds - high quality and very comfortable. Owners are very helpfull and kind. To sum up - one od the best apartament we ever stayed. Located in very interesting area - proximity to mountains, caves and beaches. Free parking 200 metres away.
