Location was handy for La Spezia & Cinque Terre. Apartment was very clean and comfy. The host was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay

Posizione strategica a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale di La Spezia e a pochi minuti dalla via pedonale con tutti i localini e i negozietti. Stanza piccola ma ben organizzata e pulita. Molto gentile e disponibile la host.

La cosa che si potrebbe aggiungere sono delle tende alle finestre

Bien situé, proche de la gare centrale de La Spezia. Accueil parfait, propriétaire très réactive, des conseils intéressants. Chambre jolie, bien équipée : bouilloire avec café/thé et collations à l'arrivée.

Piccolo appartamento con tutto quello di cui hai bisogno. Vicino alla stazione, perfetto per esplorare le 5 terre. L’host molto cordiale e gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli.

Helpful lady and son who answered all the questions. Its close to the train station and has some nice little places nearby. Its a residential and not overly touristy neighborhood. You can take the bus to neighboring beach towns right around the corner. Excellent espresso machine, comfortable beds, AC,we just came from a coming trip so this was a big relief!

La Anfitriona Grazia, es un amor , nos explicó todo lo que se podría hacer, lugares donde comer sitios que visitar fue un espectáculo su atención,, había bollería , cafetera y un calentador para hacer infusiones para el desayuno, una pequeña nevera. El baño muy amplio totalmente equipado gel de Ducha , shampoo , crema Hidratante. La zona es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo con supermercados, Bar y ha 10 minutos de la estación del tren central y parada de autobús a 5 minutos para ir al centro que igual se puede ir andando ,,
