The location is close to center but not the train station

The elevator doesn’t work and with the stroller is very hard on stairs. The was nespresso coffee machine but nobody at least put one coffee to drink in the morning for that price. There where in bathroom Floss from Spider on the ceiling and it was not for yesterday

Check out alle 10.00. Alle 09.40 mi sono improvvisamente trovata in camera il personale, senza nemmeno bussare! Ho fatto appena in tempo a buttarmi nel bagno! Struttura trasandata, camera piena di polvere... si chiama "Terrazza sul Lago" e la mia stanza aveva una terrazza trascuratissima che dava su un cortile/rampa del garage, qualcosa del genere. E ho anche scelto la stanza più costosa... Per oltre 90,00 mi aspettavo decisamente di meglio. Inoltre mi è stato dato un codice sbagliato per aprire una cassettina per recuperare chiavi della stanza. Ci sono diverse rampe di scale per arrivare e ascensore "morto". Il tutto non segnalato... Non ci tornerei

"The bed was comfy and room was clean and terrace was nice and location is fairly good. Only negative is no check in staf"

Everything within the stay was good

Poor communication with the staff members as there was nobody at all at check in desk at check in or checkout. Also keep in mind that there is no place to keep your bags here or not allowed to drop them off at this location
