The shower doesn't drain well

All hotel are is very clean and cosy. Room was nice and bed was soft. All was very 👍

The AC was better than I expected. Is a nice location in the middle of the forest.

In a night was very noisy until 02h00 a clock due a wedding.

only the food and nature that is included everywhere (when i say food, i do not mean staff…)

1. staff was not welcoming 2. the room, although clean, was not cozy nor confortable - there were no drapes at the windows - the door that leads to the balcony was locked and no key is handed over - no extra pillow 3. location hosts night events (weddings) and we could hear all the music and the chatter from outside through the closed window 4. in the morning all the laundry from the location was in black bags that were blocking the stairs and was not pleasant to get by 5. the staff acts like you own them, not as that you pay for everything 6. the breakfast is not included, and when you get to the restaurant to get some food (for which you pay separately) they just ignore you - the waiters are busy doing other things around the location
