"Good location and quirky appearance"

Very quirky appearance and plenty of wildlife nearby. also excellent location for visiting Diamond Beach and Thousand Island Viewpoint (please can someone explain why it’s called Thousand Island when you can only see 7)

Poor road to ride down to on motorbike, Wi-Fi was hit and miss, limited menu for food or drinks. Can hear what people are saying in neighbouring cottage (plus anything else that they are doing). Wildlife very noisy

"horrible stay! very uncooperative and unhelpful staffs! not recommended"

staffs are very unfriendly, not helpful, fully busy in their phones playing games! no housekeeping services at all! the room lights were so dim couldn’t work at nights! breakfast were horrible and not good at all! very unprofessional!

"Awesome stay and good cottages near Diamond beach"

Stay was awesome and hotel staff are tooo polite and sweet..very caring and always available. I have asked for a birthday cake and they arranged it. They were awake till midnight to wish and help me to surprise a birthday 🎂.

Everything was awesome.

"The stay was okay and manageable."

The room was really nice and the beds were very comfy. It was just nice for a solo traveller. Amazing breakfast too. You can also arrange for tours and also transport service with the resort. It was nice cottage vibe and there were a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The place is surrounded by jungle, so do expect a lot of creepy crawlies inside the room. I was visited by frogs, cockroaches, millipedes, and a lot of bugs. And the place is a little infested with mosquitoes. The hot water lasts merely for a few seconds only. The wifi was really poor. Atuh beach, Diamond Beach are not as near as mentioned in the description. It's quite a walk, almost more than a kilometer away.

The thing is that you have everything you need in one place (cottage, restaurant, coffee shop, groceries shop, souvenirs shop) is amazing. Nice little 12 minutes walk to the Diamond beach view point ant another 10-12 minutes to go down to the beach. Friendly staff helped us with transfer and ferry.

"You can go there for one day to see diamond beach but not longer;)"

Accommodation was near diamond beach which was nice. And the look of it was very beautiful!

The staff was very uninterested. It was also a bit dirty and there were ants in our room/bed… And yes there is wifi but it nearly never worked.
