Perfect location right in the heart of matera old town. Room was clean and comfortable. Not too noisy either despite being in the town centre. Host was really responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay again! Really appreciated Gio picking us up so late at night from a friend's wedding too!!

Замечательный хозяин встретил нас и всё показал. Также сделал пару приятных подарков. Терраса отличная. Расположение удобное. Виды вокруг шикарные. Жильё чистое, удобное, просторное. Это был один из наших лучших вечеров в Италии.

We had a wonderful stay at Rizzi Residence. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Matera’s old town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The view from the apartment is simply stunning, especially in the evening. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A perfect place to experience the beauty and atmosphere of Matera — highly recommended!

This is Italy — the country of perfect espresso — so it was a bit disappointing that the apartment didn’t have a moka pot or a coffee machine. For early birds like us, it meant waiting until 08:00 for the cafés to open before being able to enjoy a coffee.

Prachtige locatie met een geweldig dakterras. Het uitzicht is hier fantastisch. Het appartement is ruim en we hadden goed contact met de eigenaar, een vriendelijke en behulpzame man. Konden onze fietsen veilig binnen stallen.
