"Comfortable rooms but the place is still under construction"

Room was very clean and comfortable with good AC.

Place is currently like a worksite, and is quite noisy during the day and is visibly still under construction. There was also rarely any staff on site.

"We got what we paid for, but I would try to stay closer to Sigirya next time."

It was good value for a clean and comfortable room right in the Polonnaruwa area where there aren’t a lot of options for accommodation.

No breakfast available even though this was advertised when we booked, the place was hard to find, and it was dark with no one there when we arrived.

Nice location in a quiet neighood. View on trees from the patio. Owner speaks English very well. Close to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa. Good value for money to book this guesthouse!

Both fan and airco made a lot of noice.

"New, clean and comfortable room"

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice new room, clean and comfortable. The location is good, we rent a bikes from owner to see ancient city. Despite unfinished building I recommend it :)
