Lovely location in a town that doesn't have much.We loved the feeling of an oasis. Staff were friendly

Well, where to start? This is one of those places that I think assumes you know what you want when you get there so they don't really offer anything. A very indifferent checkin, with the offer of breakfast, but no indication of what breakfast was on offer, although we did need to order by 08:00. There's nothing on the website , but apparently, there's room service?Honestly, what we loved about the place was that there was literally no service.. we went to the Ultra , got wood and braai'd. No wood on site? What also didn't help was that there was no water for at least 24 hours ...and the morning we left , the owners decided to do some construction work outside our room at 08:25 in the morning. They seemed very surprised that this was an issue. Honestly, it's a great spot that needs someone with a customer facing focus..
