"HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK"

They called me the night before we went and said we had to show up the day before to pay for the room or they would give away our reservation. I told them that we were 2 hours away and we were going the next day at 1pm , the time that they have check in. we told them we would pay for the room then as its a pay when you arrive booking. The man I spoke to was hesitant but said okay. THEN the next day they texted me saying we gave away your room because you didnt pay for it. They did this as I was on my way to the hotel. They refused to honor the reservation and I ended up having no where to stay for the night because everything else within decent price was booked. I ended up sleeping on the beach. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
