Jack is a wonderful and extremely friendly host who went out of his way to accomodate us. We had a great time in Isawaonsen and enjoyed trying out all of Jack's helpful tips for Onsen, restaurants and activities. He had great advice and we will definitely return!

I love the old Japanese style home and it made our vacation wonderful experiencing such authenticity owner is very accommodating and replying every question we have even if his not there. We just a bit sad as we need to spend 1 night 🥰 love to be back and spend more days to see what the town may offer ☺️

Big room and nice to experience Japanese traditional house.

House is cold outside own room. We special chose this place because it says on booking.com that we could do BBQ, unfortunately we couldn't when we reached because it has to be booked in advance. That was not mentioned in the booking information.
