남여 공용으로 사용하는 화장실과 욕실이 각각 3칸으로 나눠져 있음 오전 시간에는 다소 혼잡함 그래도 비교적 깔끔하게 관리되고 있음 주인이 보이지 않지만, 관리는 하는 것으로 보임

공용공간으로 화장실과 거실, 그리고 개인 공간으로 룸이 총 10개 정도 되는 구조로 되어 있음 삿뽀로 추운 동네인데 라지에이터를 이용해서 난방을 해서 실내 온도에 익숙해지기 전까지는 추위를 느낌
