"大致不錯，清潔仔細會更好"

離車站近，要走車站出口西口才會到，有個私人泡澡堂，但要預約時段才能使用，有冰箱可以冰自己的東西，也有飲水機，可以寄放行李，老闆也很親切

房間整潔方面要加強，進房間地上看到一些毛髮沒清乾淨，鏡子也一層灰層，蓋棉被晚上睡覺腳會癢（不知道是不是材質讓我的腳癢癢）

JR紀伊勝浦駅から徒歩1分位と近く、温泉（時間制）、シャワーもあり、リーズナブルです。

常時管理人がいないので、初めて利用する場合は、宿泊前後の荷物の預かり方法を確認することをお奨めします。
