We like the spacious room, full amenities and the host is very friendly and accommodating. The host prepared us some brewed coffee and yummy bread with apple jam.

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, since I guess there is not much to see in Takamori - except if you want to use the monorail or check out Franky's statue of One Piece. There are not many restaurants at all for dinner time, we were lucky that we could find one restaurant that want to accept us :)

Location is good.

Coffee machine is right outside our rooms. We were waked up by the noisy coffee machine every morning around 6:30am.

The owner is really friendly and jovial. He is also very helpful. We were also given freshly baked bread and good coffee for breakfast.

Lovely big room, fresh baked bread and the owner is currently making further improvements including a restaurant.

Free parking. Location surrounded by mountains with local supermarkets. Large room segregated by traditional painted screens.

Being older we find it difficult to cope with futons and no chairs.

Spacious, clean and comfortable, Japanese style.

Cute little guesthouse in rural Kumamoto at the foot of Mt. Aso. The host, Stefano, was extremely friendly and chatted to us for a while about the local area - he then offered us some of his homemade bread! There is a really nice natural onsen and izakaya nearby - so it was the perfect location to stay to experience rural Japan. Highly reccommended.

Lovely and funny host. Very welcoming. comfy tatami beds. wonderful Italian coffee machine and fresh bread mad by the host. Host recommend a wonderful dinner location for our memorable dinner evening

There was some renovation work during our stay which could be a problem for some guests if they wanted a lie in. but not a problem for us as we woke up early.
