The staff is not friendly and has a very cold attitude. The bathrooms are not clean, especially the shower and the basin. The shower does not have a curtain, so water spreads all over the place.

I didn't have a breakfast.

Hyper spacieuse la chambre familiale, accès à la piscine même le soir tard. A 2 minutes du gate Phalaborwa.

Le restaurant pour dîner et petit déjeuner , on doit yaller avec la voiture et le matin ça ouvre tard pour ceux qui veulent être au gate du kruger Park à l’ouverture .

Reception and treatment

I liked how the cleaner listened to me and do what I said because I complained about the hygiene

The son still have apartheid because we a BLACK n he’s so mean he didn’t even allow me to wash my uniform for the work. When you ask for something you have to beg and the son he will get angry and go to the room. The bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t enjoy Shem. I wanted a refund to go and book somewhere unfortunately it was not allowed

Great location for staging in or out of Kruger Park at Phalaborwa Gate. Host was efficient and check-in / check-out was easy, and place is quite affordable.

Room was clean but a bit rundown: cracked & delaminating mirrors; stuck sliding bathroom door; outdoor furniture in need of pressure washing and painting; etc. But still well worth it for the convenience.
