The location is excellent - less than 10 minutes walk from the port, the main bus station & central town of San Antonio. The room was clean, with enough space & facilities for the price. The staff was excellent.

The only gripe was the air conditioning - we went in the shoulder season when there was a mix of warm & cold days. The building's central A/C was still set to heat - not cool. It apparently could not do both. Which meant that on a quite warm night, the A/C was basically not doing anything; and without any ventilation in the room, it was a very uncomfortable night.

La señora Rita fue muy amable todo el tiempo, tuvimos un inconveniente con la llave (dejamos ambas llaves. en la habitacion) en un dia frio y ella nos ayudo inmediatamente a resolverlo.

para los ultimos dias de marzo hacia muchisimo frio y la habitacion se tardaba mucho en calentarse
