hay habitaciones en la planta baja pero nos tocó en el primer piso muchas escaleras sin ascensor subiendo con todas las maletas y sin ayuda.

Arrogant check-in, they asked for payment for the first night twice when I knew it had already been paid by credit card, room with mosquitoes, no minibar, no view, the air conditioning is very old and does not work, there was noise from other rooms, noise from the train, the owner of the guesthouse is very rude and arrogant, the wall lights did not work, I managed to get the duplicate payment for the first night refunded after presenting bank proof, these people can’t even manage their own customers’ payments properly. My stay was supposed to be 6 nights, thank God I stayed only 1. This place is hell on earth.
