- świetny kontakt z właścicielem - bardzo dobra lokalizacja, minutę od promenady a jednak pomiędzy kamieniami co zapewniało ciszę i spokój - klimat i standard mieszkania - wyposażenie mieszkania, naczynia ,kawa, herbata, płatki śniadaniowe - bezpłatny parking jest sporym plusem bo lokalny parking podziemny jest dość drogi bo chyba 4€ za godzinę - dwie łazienki w mieszkaniu - miły poczęstunek na dzień dobry, owoce, napoje, limoncello

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
