Great guest house. Lovely couple running it.

Pillows not great.

Basic but filling breakfast. Really delicious granola and almond bread! Comfortable beds, with extra blankets in the closet, and a nice view from the balcony. The lady managing the place was helpful and very polite, but perhaps a bit abrupt: she was very different from our check in day to our check out day, could be because she had no staff to help and seemed stressed out. The location was decent, walking downhill to the train was less than 10 mins. Walking back up hill was exhausting ;).

We were told we could take instant coffee from the self service shelf, so we did. When we came back to our room, 2 of the 3 sachets we'd taken that were remaining were gone - which was odd. The beds were made, so I assume the lady took them back. The next two mornings there were no instant coffee sachets at the self service shelf! Also: don't expect attentive housekeeping or toiletries other than hand wash.

Huge room, amazing balcony, fantastic location. The staff were lovely, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Nice location, but be prepared to walk some hills. Very big room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK, nothing special.
