The property is located at a very central point, and a parking place is offered. The apartment is just amazing, very beautifully decorated and very very clean! I received a very warm welcome from the owner, who was really kind,helpful and reachable at any time! It’s really great to see how some people love what they are doing and take such good care of their properties! Mr Modesto and his apartment are examples to be followed!

The location was excellent. Very clean and spacious. The Host was very helpful checking if I needed anything regularly.

Everything was thought of! A lot of drinks on arrival, enough towels, very clean and a very nice atmosphere and look. The location is great, just a 2 min walk from the center and 5 min walk from the beach. The host was very kind and helpful!

Very well kept beautiful room with all facilities. The owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Help derange taxi, parking for a vehicle and answered any questions.

Modesto was an outstanding host. He was on hand with help and advice from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is super clean, bright, modern, neat and absolutely centrally located. You get to immerse yourself a bit in the world of the locals, but you also get tourist aspects. Directly opposite are grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and much more. We would stay at Modesto's accommodation again at any time and thank him very much for his exceptional hospitality!

be aware there is no morning light it’s very dark which can be a great thing but also disorienting in the morning if you’re waiting for the sun to wake you up

The location is great and the host Modesto and Francesco were extraordinarily kind and helpful. Though it was a bustling area, it is very quiet and we slept like a baby. I will definitely choose to stay there again!

The studio is beautifully designed, very cozy, clean and close to all the main attractions. Our host was very helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much and we plan on returning to same location.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Polignano a Mare. The house is spotlessly clean, everything is like new, the equipment is well-kept, which is very important to us, because we travel with two toddlers. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, all details are taken care of. It is also very close to all restaurants and major attractions. The owner, Modesto, is an extremely nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in early, offered information about recommended restaurants and places we could visit. We had a great time in Polignano a Mare and we highly recommend this apartment!
