Clean, charming old property.

Overpriced compared to bigger room’s in similar pensions in Spisska Nova Ves. The breakfast for 10 euros was an insulting selection of cheap hams and cheese slices that looked like they had been fetched from the local Lidl. For that price there should be a cooked breakfast, a choice of scrambled eggs and something substantial. At least the coffee was a real bean machine. For 3 euros it might have been ok value. More competition in Stara Lubovna might be needed to help them raise their standards. By nightfall there are no other pubs or eateries open, so this might explain why it is overpriced. But the breakfast was dreadful for 10 euros.

Great location, we had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you need. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The only thing I missed was breakfast being included, but that aside, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

There was no kettle in the flat. Although check-out is by 10am, we were turned off the hot water at 08:30am. The whole flat smelled of mould or mildew.

Good location, comfy room, stylisch, big bathroom, friendly welcome, free parking, excellent restaurant

No breakfast option and the coffee and tea facility was on the ground floor with our room on the 2nd floor and there was only green tea, coffee and no milk. Also, check-out was difficult as there was no staff in the office at about 9 a.m. and the telephone number on the office door didn’t work so we just left the key card tucked into our room doorframe and left.
