Good day ! I see myself put in an ungrateful situation where i need to write a complain about the last accommodation booked over Booking. The accommodation was at Vila Roca Resort and SPA in Valea Draganului,Romania. The room we were given was not like the rooms that were presented in the photos, did not fit the description either. When we asked at the reception what happened, because we didn’t understand what kind of room is that the answer was that this is what we get because we booked the accommodation over booking , we asked kindly to recive another room and the answer was that this is the only available room in the hotel.
