it’s neat

I paid for 1 bedroom with 2 beds and when we got ther were told they don’t have 2 beds and they did not advertise that but on the app there is a specification of the room that we paid for it’s suppose to have 2 beds. 2 guys had to share a bed. secondly at 9am in the morning the guests were chased out where as the checking out time is 10am. they were told that there are other guests that are coming.
