Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Plaza Lago sehr gut gefallen. Claudia die Chefin leitet das Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe und Hingabe. Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse. Es war sehr sauber und neu. Mit Balkon und Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Frühstück bekamen wir aufs Zimmer geliefert, da die Temperaturen es draußen noch nicht zu ließen. Sehr liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Betten könnten etwas härter sein, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Liebevoller Kontakt sogar vor der Ankunft schon. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Tolle saubere Zimmer. Sehr zu Empfehlen

Parkplätze waren wenig und nie Platz, mussten immer in einer Seitenstraße parken und laufen. Das war schon etwas nervig.

"Mal wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt"

Waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort, aus gutem Grund. Hausherrin wie immer super freundlich und fürsorgend. Wir hatten auch das gleiche Zimmer wieder weil es einen sehr schönen Ausblick hat und auch schön ausgestattet ist. Zum Frühstück wurde uach jeder Wunsch erfüllt !

gab nichts auszusetzen. Kleinere Themen (z.B. Baterien für die Fernbedienung) wurden sofort erledigt.
