The cleanliness, it was very nice and warm.

- Location was perfect, close to the city centre. - Staff were so helpful and kind, made us feel special and cared for throughout our stay. They went out of their way to help us where necessary, including facilitating a very late checkout, and also helped to make my partner's birthday a day to remember. - Felt safe and secure for the entirety of our visit. Room was warm and WiFi worked great. - Bed was very comfy and there was plenty of charging points around the room. - The room was excellent value for money and suited our needs perfectly.

- The windows in the room were not sealed so there was quite a lot of noise from the street throughout the night. Similar issues with sliding door for the bathroom. - Wet-room floor was a bit manky in places in our room - just looked as though it needed updating. - We wish there had been some clothes hangers in the wardrobe to hang up shirts etc. - A TV in the room would have been a nice bonus but we appreciate that the price was already good value for money.

Location was the reason I booked the room, bed was comfortable.

None of the sockets in the room worked,the blind on the window was broken, there was gaps around the window so not really wind and soundproof which didn't help as busy street outside with noise until at least 4am.

Very centrally located in Newcastle city centre.

It felt like student halls, the bathroom in particular. Little things let it down - paint on the lampshade, bedside lamp didn’t work, blind didn’t go down
