Location very good

Noise from the bar below ad they cleaned up late at night and early morning

Breakfast & Andreas was reasonable with handling our complaints, accepted our cancellation request even though it was non refundable and fully refund the reminder of our stay.

We had the large room with Terrance, couple of things went wrong, bed matters super soft and slanted, shower head broken, we couldn’t use it and worst of all the AC does not work. Ruined our first day, we had to stay in the apartment waiting for some guy to come fix the ac, even then the AC was not repaired. Andreas was only available after 7:30pm to bring up a fan. Disappointed we got to pay for two nights in full, considering the lack of comfort, necessary broken equipment and most of all the inconveniences caused. Overall Room in desperate need for repairs.

The location of Relais al Porto could not have been better, with a perfect view of the lake, the ferry and Piazza Betteloni. After being cooped up in a small Venetian oven for two days, this cool spacious suite was heaven, with all of the facilities we could have imagined. Although we had a beautiful terrace, when the shutters and the windows were closed, the soundproofing was excellent, and the only time we heard any noise from outside was one Saturday evening when an outdoor festival lasted until just after midnight. The staff from Bar al Porto were very welcoming and helpful, and it was easy to communicate with the responsive Andrea using WhatsApp. The accommodation costs were really reasonable for Italy and I cannot recommend Relais al Porto high enough for a perfect stay around Lake Garda.

I struggle to find things that could be improved upon. The bulb on one bedside light had failed and needed replacing. We were only provided with one toilet roll for the week, but I found spares in the cupboard next to our room, and the main door handle was a little loose, but the facilities were excellent and we had no complaints worth raising.

Quiet and very Delicious restaurant food 🧋🍝🍜🍛

Located in the centre of Pesciera, close to bike rental Velolake.

Shower was working on principle, but partly broken. Needs repair. Illy coffee maker in the apartment worked well, cups are missing.

Great location. Stunning lake views. Host Andrea was responsive and quick to help. Friendly staff at the bar and a wonderful surprise of Italian breakfast of coffee and croissant!
