Rooms at Josapa Guest House

Hot water not thre water coming less some time wifi less conected top flore single non of tht am ok with evrything 🥰

- The rooms were located on the third level, no lift, tiny staircase. - I had to ask for Towels, and the soap they provided were sample packets. I went and bought my own bottle of soap. - Water dispensers are never filled up, even after repeated requests/reminders. I had to buy my own bottle of water. - Toilet has cockroaches. The toilet vent is very noisy. - Air Conditioning is weak. - The outside environment of the hotel smells like sewers, and is in a dilapidated state. - The WiFi from the room is weak at best. - The lobby locks at night. - There's no housekeeping available. - There's no common amenities. - The rooms are tiny. - The rooms aren't soundproof. It's not a 3 star hotel. It's a 1 star at best.

Host is very friendly and he gave us water multiple times. Location is very close to ferry terminal which is convenient

we had to ask for blankets, but the host gave them to us immediately, water pressure is very low and there is only cold water. We had cochroaches in our room. Area is a little scetchy

Room and beds were clean, no smell or dust clean towel was provided check out pretty easy working toilet and flush with bidet

Lack of water heater wasn't stated - had to shower in very cold water Rooms had poor noise insulation Someone banged though the hallway on Day 2 at 4am and woke me up Was not informed there was an early Saturday Yoga class at 7am on the 2nd floor studio and the noise woke me up again. Poorly lit dressing table, while shaving I had to brighten the area with my phone flashlight TV channels were not working Lack of hangers Staff seem confused when I arrived like they didn't know they had incoming guests today and I had to sort out the confusion Water supply suddenly cut off midshowering at 11pm I didn't have anyone to look for to fix the issues in my rooms, the staff did not tell me either during check-in day

The bed was excellent. The location is close to the Batam Ferry Port. It was only a 10 minute walk.

The bathroom door cannot be locked but it's not a problem for us
