The location and the environment. it is so peaceful and relaxing. We went to view the penguins on the first day as it is around the corner.

At night its too dark outside but nothing funny happened.

Very old building which needs renovation and no facilities for kitchen to help assist preparing for food. Not bed and breakfast as we had to travel and but breakfast somewhere

The scenery.

Damp smell. Dusty. Bird in main house making a noise. Main house cooking smells coming through the adjoining door. Lack of general maintenance. Other people's shoes and belongings in the wardrobes. Grass long and unkempt. Dog poo in the walkway.
