I chose this hotel outside Seville to rest during my Semana Santa pilgrimage, but the experience was very disappointing. On arrival late at night, the staff member (Francisco) was unfriendly and dismissive. There was no welcome, and he simply threw the key onto the bed when showing me the room. The hotel is clean, but that is the only positive. There are no facilities—no bar, café, restaurant, or vending machines—and no effort was made to suggest anywhere nearby to eat, despite my late arrival and being very hungry. Information about coffee and breakfast was unclear. I was just told to “go into the street in the morning.” There is a coffee machine in the room, but using it costs extra, which was not clearly explained. The room itself was also problematic. The only window faced an internal courtyard, and the blinds could not be adjusted. This meant either complete darkness or no privacy at all, as people could see directly into the room. Overall, clean but very poor service, lack of basic facilities, and an uncomfortable room setup made this a negative experience.
