La Petite Chefchaouen

Il personale è stato davvero molto accogliente e uno dei punti forte risulta la posizione e il terrazzo nel cuore della medina di Chefchaouen

Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione negativa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il personale, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. L’hotel appare moderno e recentemente ristrutturato, ma a mio avviso si tratta solo di un restyling di facciata. Diverse prese elettriche non funzionavano e la maniglia della porta era talmente instabile che sembrava potesse staccarsi da un momento all’altro cosi come il rubinetto del lavabo. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso di farci una doccia appena arrivati, ma dopo neanche un minuto l’acqua calda ha smesso completamente di uscire, costringendoci a concludere la doccia con l’acqua fredda. Il giorno seguente, prima della partenza, ho provato nuovamente a fare una doccia. Appena entrata, ho sentito un forte formicolio alla mano. In un primo momento ho pensato che fosse solo un intorpidimento, ma quando ho spostato il doccino sull’altra mano, ho avvertito la stessa sensazione. Infine, prendendolo con entrambe le mani, ho percepito una vera e propria scossa elettrica, avvertita anche dal mio fidanzato che si trovava poco distante. Spaventata, ho lasciato cadere il soffione per evitare ulteriori rischi. Purtroppo, quanto accaduto è molto grave e ci ha lasciati scossi. Spero vivamente che vengano presi seri provvedimenti per garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti.

Centrally located. A short walk to taxi drop off/ pickup spot and the main square. The staffs are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Very clean. Beautiful terrace for the view of the old town. Very abundant breakfast.

The staff are amazing .Ms.salma, her mother & Mr.muhsin all treated me with kindness . Ms.salma was very helpful and helped me navigate the town as it was my first time there. As a solo female traveller I felt safe & at home. Thank you uncle muhsin ,salma and her mom ❤

Excellent property in the heart of the Medina, modern rooms, and bathrooms beautiful view, excellent service, freshly made delicious breakfast. Everything was so good they even gave us umbrellas to borrow when we were stepping out in the rain. Forgot gloves, and they even came down to the parking spot to give it to us!

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Petite Chefchaouen. The place is charming, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was great and truly outstanding, with delicious options that made each morning a pleasure. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.
