CRAMA APOGEUM - Adult only

The place in general is beautiful, very well taken care of, an oasis just one hour away from Bucharest. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent. We would have appreciated proactive wine recommendations. Bedding was comfortable, the room was clean. The wine tasting was a pleasant experience.

The hot tub in the Royal Suite could only be filled with the shower head, we went down to let the staff know with no follow-up on their part. If you need to talk to the staff, you need to walk across the whole restaurant after coming down from the room. Bed is quite creaky. The soundproofing is non existent, so you can hear doors, locks and general movement on the corridors. If there are other clients in the garden or on the restaurant terrace, there is quite a bit of noise in the room. No daily room cleaning. We found champagne glasses, plates and napkins in the room, set up nicely on the table - a complementary bottle of wine would have been nice - or maybe just remove the table arrangement. Or at least add some more water to the the 2 x 0.5l bottles of water provided. Breakfast was underwhelming, very basic. Bottomline, some service and design details could definitely be improved, especially for 300 eur a night.
