Location quite noisy overall, one room faced street and other face internal passageway, both on ground floor. One room smelled horrendous from someone having obviously smoked in the room, which is actually illegal. The other room (room 12) only has a window on one side and smelled rather musty and stale, even though it was peak season and the room would have been in constant use.
