Silver Meir Bungalow

The whole apartment was for us. And there's so much space around it to roam around. Everything is for the guests. Worth the money. Very close to Gregory Lake.

Ammenities was not enough.

בעל המקום היה נעים אכפתי ועזרה במה שהיה אפשר. המקום היה נקי ונעים והחדר היה גדול מספיק. היה לי מאוד נוח וקיבלתיצחדר עם מרפסת למרות שהזמנתי חדר אחר וזה תרם לחוויה שלי. המקום שקט ושליו וזה בדיוק מה שהייתי צריכה.

ממה שהצלחתי לראות הוא לא קרוב לשום מקום ולא מצאתי מקום לאכול או לשתות קפה. הלכתי ברגל לראות את המפלים וזאת הייתה הליגה סבירה אבל כל השאר היה יחסית רחוק. חשבתי שזה קרוב למרכז עיר עם מסעדות אבל לא ראיתי כאלו. אולי לא הלכתי למקומות הנכונים

Die Kuscheldecken waren auf jeden Fall nötig. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Ein Föhn im Zimmer wäre schön, weil es in der Gegend wirklich kühl ist.

Everything was perfect, from the guy who greeted us to the room! The breakfast was very good and plentiful!

Endroit agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, l’hôte est super sympa et prêt à tout pour vous rendre service. À chaque fois, il nous a réservé les tuk tuk et nous a conseillé un super restaurant à deux minutes à pied de chez lui, le GAAYATHRI MESS, allez y, vous passerez un délicieux moment et vous vous régalerez

Huge property, really beautiful, nice big rooms, ideally located for a nice wander to Victoria gardens/gregory lake Nice hot shower

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but this huge house and it lacked personality/soul. Nothing wrong with it and it has a gorgeous lounge area but just felt unloved The host was lovely and is quite new, but only saw him at breakfast and check in/out but saying that I didn’t need him either 🙄 Guests next door to me were really noisy but that isn’t the manager’s fault

Das Frühstück war super und auch der Gastgeber sehr nett.

Das Zimmer war jedoch nicht komfortabel und es war sehr kalt. Zudem gab es mehrfach einen Stromunterbruch. Fairerweise muss man jedoch auch sagen, dass die Unterkunft sehr günstig war.

Best view location and really comfortable and very calm location

Location and view

We had a room in the bungalow. It's clean, there's a communal area where you can read a book at night. The bungalow dates from the British period, at the back of the building you can see an old wood-fired bath heater, which is of course not in use any more. You can use the kitchen to make yourself some coffee and use the fridge. The biggest plus of this accommodation is it's proprietor, we received excellent advice on which tea plantation to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was prepared to the minute on the agreed time. Very pleasant and professional.

The showers are powered by these small electric heaters, they could be a bit more powerful.
