Problème de code en arrivant. Route bruyante. Très peu de couverts. Terrasse commune non équipée pour manger malgré un jardin agréable. Même sentiment rencontré lors des autres logements de la chaîne "Bella Italia".

* There was no electricity in the sockets near the bed. * WiFi connection was somewhat unstable and kept giving me warnings 'connection not safe'.

Чудовий номер в будиночку італійського сільського стиля. Де кожен номер названий в честь одного з азорських островів. Дуже атмосферні номери, щоб поринути у побут місцевого населення. Умови чудові і сама атмосфера невеликого містечка Понта Гарсія викликає враження наче ти перебуваєш у детективній грі. Рекомендую відвідати закинутий пляж у цьому місті Praia d'Amora. Там будете тільки Ви і Океан. Незабутні враження.

Cosy room with nice garden and ocean view, accomodation is generally located in lovely village (cafee and minimercado included), just in the middle of the Island, everything you want to visit is within easy reach.

Broken lock on the front door is a bit unpleasant thing to deal with. A bit noisy neighbourhood, people around love random fireworks at the most unconvenient times, mosty after morning 😁

Lo que más nos gustó fue la cocina, estaba completamente equipada. Disponía de tostadora, calentador de agua, microondas, sartenes, ollas, mocca,... Todo lo que pudieras necesitar aunque es verdad que algunas cosas como sartenes y ollas estaban un poco deterioradas. Además cuenta con una lavadora y secadora lo que nos resultó muy útil.

En ningún momento tienes contacto con nadie del establecimiento, contactamos por WhatsApp porque los dos enchufes cercanos a la cama no funcionaban, había un tercero y pedimos una regleta para poder cargar más de un dispositivo a la vez y nos dijeron que no tenían, tuvimos que encargarnos nosotros de comprar una. Nos tocó una de las habitaciones de la planta baja, donde se escucha todo el tiempo cuando alguien entra o sale (añadiendo que no todos los huéspedes atinaban con el funcionamiento del código), además de cuando alguien está en la cocina, que se puede usar las 24 horas. Cuando alguien subía al piso de arriba se escuchaban también muchísimo las escaleras. No tenía mosquiteras por lo que era difícil ventilar sin recibir visitas indeseadas. Además de que la ventana de las habitaciones del piso de abajo están a la altura y al lado de la puerta de entrada, con lo que todo el que llega ve inevitablemente dentro de la habitación. El mobiliario es viejo, la cama nos pareció muy dura e incómoda. El baño de la habitación estaba fuera de la habitación, lo que resulta poco práctico. Ni la habitación, ni el baño estaban especialmente limpios. Si reservas con suficiente antelación, consigues un precio barato y aceptas que es un hostel con habitación y baño privado está bien, pero no esperes las comodidades ni atención de un hotel.

Our room was one of two that have a sea view, that was the only good point, cleaning was just normal. It's well deserve on the center and east cost of the island. There is a kitchen and fridge.

The place looks abandoned, we dont have seen anybody except the cleaners. No one to check in, no one to check out. The main door code was broken when we arrived, anothet traveller had help.us opening the doors ar 9pm, and it has stay broken during all of our trip witjh no other option to open it (khey), so we decide to keep the backdoor key with us and let it open with the agreement of all customers. Fan was broken. The street are so much noisy at night, really difficult to sleep with all those cars practicing rally on the small and slim road under our window, locals speech loudly and some dogs always stay outside and makes noise at night. Ha, another thing, if you expect warm water, you will have to wait at it about three minutes before it comes... Some rooms have an external bathroom, looks really oldy...
