"Nicht wie erhofft"

Es gab leider kein Abendbrot, obwohl es vorab mit gebucht war. Es gab auch ansonsten fast keinen Service. Die Lage ist super, aber ich würde eine der umgebenden Ferienwohnungen empfehlen.

Mittelmäßig, einige Komponenten wurden täglich geändert, das war gut.

Der Service war sehr schlecht. Wichtige Information gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Kaffee zum Frühstück war nie genug, wenn jemand da war, wurde auf unsere Nachfrage nachgefüllt, proaktiv wurde nie nachgefragt. Ein Abendessen das es geben sollte gab es nur an einem Tag. Aufgrund der Lage war der Service miserabel.

Z izby krásny výhľad na zjazdovku Križišče, na izbe je balkón na južnú stranu, ubytovanie priamo pri zjazdovke, dobré raňajky formou bufetových stolov, večera výber z menu, prípadne je možnosť objednať dopredu pri raňajkách. Majiteľka veľmi príjemná, ústretová ako aj ostatný personál, komunikovali sme Anglicky. SKI boxy vonku nad terasou (pre každú izbu samostatne), lyžiarky vo vyhrievanej miestnosti so sušiakom priamo v chate.

Trochu chýba nejaká spoločenská miestnosť, reštaurácia je otvorená len do 18,00. V stredisku nie je obchod s potravinami, ak by ste sa chceli stravovať mimo reštaurácií.

The staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and Mia the boss was amazing. Ski on and ski off was lovely and only twenty minute walk from ski rental. Beautiful view and scenery.

Nothing to dislike.
