Central location, right in the heart of Bowness. Nice compact room with all you need. Host was polite and friendly on arrival. Would stay again

Very well situated and clean and comfy

We stayed in room 7 (top floor) on Wednesday 1st April, we arrived a few hours early, but the hosts were happy to show us to our room straight away as we were lucky enough to have had our room done already! The room was brilliantly prepared and we loved the decor!! The hosts were a lovely mother daughter duo and were happy to chat and gave us some pointers on where to go. Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you :D

Nothing. Our stay was perfect.

Very central location, so access to all shops and pubs immediately. Was greeted by owner, very friendly family. Room was comfortable and loved access to the patio, shame the weather wasn't good. Was value for the cost.

No parking.

Good communication beforehand although didn't see or hear from the owner at all during the stay. Check in was easy. Plenty of plug sockets in the room, good shower (hot and powerful), nice towels, comfy bed and pillows, great location, good blackout curtains. Overall very basic but room seemed clean enough and comfortable if quite small.

Poo in the toilet when we checked in, the kitchen was messy and dirty with dirty dishes and cooked and raw food left out uncovered. 2 bars of cheap hand soap but no other toiletries provided, heating was on a timer so although we could turn the radiator off we couldn't turn it on whenever we wanted, there was a gas safety warning letter left out in the kitchen, a dog barking in one of the rooms at 10pm despite the property stating it no longer accepts pets. The walls were thin so could hear people talking in other rooms. Could hear the electric shower in neighbouring room very loudly.
