I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything is close, and its very easy to go on foot to downtown and the nearby stores. my room had a balcony and was quiet, clean, and had all essentials. The owner is very nice and friendly, and even arranged an early morning airport transfer for me. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Georgia again.

It was the best place I have stayed in Tbilisi. Very clean and comfy, the host was nice and helpful. Located near a supermarket, several shops and restaurants, close to city center and at the same time very quiet. Thank you!

The location was quiet to a point but on Sat and Sun nights a group of men gathered outside drinking and being loud which felt a bit intimidating. Not the hosts fault at all but it did have an impact.

Прекрасный гостевой дом! В номере очень тихо, уютно и комфортно, есть все удобства и отличный Wi-Fi. С балкона открывается вид на горы. Расположение супер - приятный район, всё близко. Отдельное спасибо приветливой хозяйке за домашнее тепло и заботу. Рекомендую!
