"Superb"

Very small but neat and quite comfortable to stay in. Put a 2-plate stove in there for cooking or heating something and it will be even better but overall a good stay.

"Enjoyable stay"

The place is almost right at the centre of the city, very accessible to everywhere ( main road, bus station, grocery stores, restaurants, walking street, ATM, park, river). The room seems a bit small but has everything you need, clean and convenient. The host is helpful too.

It would be better if some amenities are provided, such as water, tea and coffee.
