Location🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Superb! The property is centrally located in Tbilisi City just 1-minute away from Freedom Square and is behind Marriott Courtyard. Relatively, close to everything such as restaurant, mall, metro, bus stop, walking distance to main attractions in Tbilisi (Avlabari, Narikala Fortress, Matsminda, and museums. Also, common rendezvous for travel and tours. Cleanliness🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Place is clean and well maintained. Assistance🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was very easy, the entire process. From booking the property to my last day of stay. The owners (Alexander and Dmitri) were very easy to communicate and accommodating. They were in touch from the time I booked the place and until I arrived. Levant (son of Dmitri) helped me with my luggage. A family business, so it makes me feel safe and welcomed as a solo female traveller. Tips: 1. As I travelled in an off-peak season, I felt like I basically own the entire place. March 23 - 29, 2024 (travel dates) 2. They have umbrella for guests which is very helpful to me as it rained during my stay. 3. Bus 337 is an easy and cheap option of transportation in going to the property and coming back to the airport.

The guesthouse is located very central but in a very quiet area, everything is exactly as described in the photos, very polite and professional host, we will definitely book it again when we come back!

I have really nothing negative to say, the guesthouse has exceeded our expectations.
