Our stay at Hotel Coatlicue was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by the owner. We had already booked a hot air balloon tour prior to our stay, but getting to the meeting spot turned out to be tricky. The owner went above and beyond to assist us, personally ensuring we reached the location on time. In hindsight, I’d recommend messaging the hotel directly to book a hot air balloon tour through them. Their prices are more affordable than what we found elsewhere, and they also include transportation, which makes the whole experience seamless. The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, but it’s the genuine care from the owner and his wife that truly sets it apart. If you’re planning a visit, this is the place to stay!
