Convenient location. Very helpful responsive host and housekeeper. Plenty of space. Very comfortable

Parking was not ideal. Small cockroaches

I was accused of stealing one of their towels, which the cleaning lady eventually found. This leaves a very bad impression of the facility. I was totally offended, and will never return.

It was clean. The one staff member who I met the next morning was friendly.

The Roundhouse room is situated at the back of the main house and is quite cramped, even for one person, the garden is unkempt and the poor parrots at the back of the garden have nothing in their bare cages but themselves. There is no shade netting over the parking area as in the pictures.

Parking requires arrangement for multiple cars but the host managed it very well.

We stayed in the three-bedroom house at Hannah’s Haven for three nights. The accommodation was very comfortable, with quality bedding, air conditioning in all rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and other thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. It was also well-suited for families, featuring a bath and a trampoline that kept our child entertained. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful before the stay

Several aspects detracted from the overall experience. The shared driveway proved inconvenient, as we were asked upon arrival how early we would be leaving the next morning to accommodate another guest’s departure. This left us feeling somewhat unwelcome after a long journey. Privacy was another concern. While exterior security cameras were understandable, the owner’s unannounced visits to feed birds and the movement of staff near the house made it difficult to fully relax. House rules were also quite strict, including a no-shoes policy despite the absence of carpets, and an unusually early 9:00 a.m. checkout time that required negotiation for a minor extension despite being a large group with a small child. Additionally, the on-site washing machine came with an extra charge, which felt unnecessary. Overall, while the property offered comfort and good amenities, issues around privacy, guest consideration, and restrictive policies would make us hesitant to stay again.
