The hotel is very close to the city center and the port, which was very convenient for our cruise. The room and the entire property were very clean, and the staff was polite.

I specifically booked a room with a balcony, as clearly stated in my reservation, but when we arrived we were told that all balcony rooms were already occupied. This was very disappointing because the balcony was one of the main reasons I chose this property. The mattress was also far from comfortable. In addition, the breakfast was very poor and lacked basic fresh options such as tomatoes, vegetables, or olives.

Location to the port was superb, clean and friendly staff made our stay wonderful.
