Sun Deck Lodge

Every thing, it was even better than pictures.

The pool wasn’t cleaned and we were planning to swim but fortunately for the property it was raining

The reception was good and the staff was friendly and kind. And that they moved us from Sunderk lodge to Yatch view lodge, because we had to share a bathroom of which it's something that we couldn't do, but they were able to make a plan for which I really appreciate.

The fact that they didn't disclose to us on arrival that they were having water challenges which made it difficult for us to take a proper bath, that made us really uncomfortable and made not to wait to go home for proper bath. And the area it's really hot one needs to bath twice a day, I feel if it was a municipality problem we were supposed to be informed and means for us to get water to bath were supposed to be done. I turn not to believe a story of water challenges in the area because we were not informed at arrival and water in a zoo not so far was coming out.

Staff.

The initial property was not impressive at all. 5 bedroom house sharing 1 bathroom. We were then directed property which was more presentable.

There was insufficient coffee no tea . No curtains or blinds in the bathroom. Units from above could see into the bathroom.

Easy check in, friendly staff, gave us a bigger room for the family, safe and in a good location, central.

Room was ok, but it was expensive for what we got. 4 people in one room, the bunk beds were falling apart.
