Location was good, staff was friendly, but the entire facility appeared to be neglected, dusty, not looked after properly.

The duvet on the double bed was dirty. Curtains was off their hooks at some parts. Aircon not working. bathroom was not clean. Outdoor small courtyard was dirty.

It was easy to locate via GPS and it’s in the centre of most tourist destinations ❤️

The bed, was not comfortable. I would really recommend they invest in new mattresses specifically with orthopaedic support ❤️

upstairs room had a very beautiful dam view and the kids play area, the establishment is close to the dam, the waterpark, the shopping centers and restaurants. Quiet location and great staff. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

The pictures on the web and reality does not match. They use old photos or AI generator/altered. No cook wear for example pots . No complimentary coffee or teas. No view of the dam.
