Comfortable, nice staff however the elevator the elevator didn't work. We are in our 70's and had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs!!!! Both of us have knee problems

Juan and Ricardo were very helpful, nice and cordial. Helped us much in any aspect. The property was very clean and well organized and run. It has a good location, well connected to the public transportation system. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and appears safe.

The room was quite small and crammed and the movement inside was a bit difficult. The window did not get sunlight.

Quite neighbourhood …reasonably priced in Barcelona as we booked late.

Quite a distance from the city centre. But accessible by tram (1stop) to the metro (last stop on line 5). We stayed over the weekend and the lifts stopped working as we had to leave really early. We were on the 2nd floor and had to climb up as well as had to bring our luggage down which was a struggle as we are seniors. If you are in your youth no problem but this was a struggle for us.
